Products and Floral Arrangements
FLOWERS Central Jersey specializes in fresh flowers, custom floral arrangements, bouquets, gifts, and related products.
Because flowers are natural and seasonal products, individual blooms may vary in color, size, shape, and appearance. Photographs on our website are intended to represent the overall style, size, color palette, and design of an arrangement but may not reflect the exact flowers delivered.
Each arrangement is handcrafted, and natural variations are part of the character of fresh floral products.
Flower and Product Substitutions
Flower availability changes daily and may be affected by seasonality, market conditions, and supplier availability.
When necessary, our florists may substitute flowers, colors, or varieties with products of equal or greater value while making every reasonable effort to preserve the overall style, color palette, quality, size, and value of the arrangement shown or described.
If a specific vase, container, packaging, decorative element, or gift item is unavailable, we may substitute a comparable item of similar style and equal or greater value.
Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, delivery limitations, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Delivery
Delivery availability is determined by the recipient’s location and ZIP code.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the selected delivery window. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, high order volume, recipient availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information, including the recipient’s name, delivery address, apartment or unit number when applicable, telephone number, and any necessary delivery instructions.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional delivery charges, or an unsuccessful delivery.
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the arrangement in a reasonably safe location or with a neighbor when appropriate.

Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for eligible locations when an order is placed before the applicable cutoff time.
Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability, delivery capacity, location, holidays, weather conditions, and order volume and therefore cannot always be guaranteed.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements are perishable and often prepared specifically for an individual order. For this reason, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Orders may generally be canceled for a full refund only when the cancellation request is received before preparation of the arrangement has begun.
If an arrangement arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Product Information and Website Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information on our website are accurate and current.

Colors displayed on a screen may also vary slightly from the appearance of flowers and products in person.
