Shipping policy

We offer same-day flower delivery throughout Central New Jersey, including Manalapan, Marlboro, Freehold, Colts Neck, Morganville, Old Bridge, Howell, and surrounding areas. Delivery availability is based on the recipient’s ZIP code.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time may be eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Same-Day Delivery: Orders are delivered within your chosen delivery window.

Delivery Fee

• Our standard local delivery fee is $25 for eligible addresses within our delivery area. Delivery availability is determined by the recipient’s ZIP code at checkout.
• If your ZIP code is not currently available, please contact us before placing your order — we may still be able to accommodate your delivery.

Delivery Conditions

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbor when appropriate. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the arrangement is delivered safely.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional delivery charges.
• Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we make every effort to deliver within the selected delivery window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Substitution Policy

• Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes daily, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When this happens, our florists may substitute flowers, colors, or varieties with items of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, quality, and value of the arrangement as closely as possible.
• For arrangements featuring a specific container, packaging, or decorative element, a comparable substitution may also be made if the original item is unavailable.
